How do I create an account and place an order?
Sign up with your email, add shipping and billing details, browse products, add items to cart, and complete checkout using Stripe or PayPal. You’ll receive order confirmation and tracking updates by email.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. JustiBuy does not store full card data—payments are processed securely by third‑party providers.

Who ships my order and who pays customs or duties?
Sellers ship items. Shipping costs shown at checkout are charged to you unless the seller offers free shipping. For international orders you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the seller states otherwise.

How do I register as a seller?
Go to "Become a Seller," complete the registration form with your business details, connect Stripe or PayPal for payouts, and submit. Accounts and product uploads are auto‑approved for faster onboarding.

What fees will I pay as a seller?
JustiBuy charges a 1% commission per sale. There are no monthly subscription fees. $2 withdrawal fee per transaction.
